Classic Margarita on the Rocks

A Classic cocktail invented by Danny Herrera in Tijuana in the 1940's

2 oz Pulpas Diaz Aguas Frescas Mix - Lime
1 oz tequila
½ oz orange flavored liqueur such as Cointreu
Kosher salt for the glasses

Combine the Pulpas Diaz Aguas Frescas Mix, tequila and orange liqueur in a glass pitcher, and stir well. Prepare the margarita glass by rubbing a fresh lime section around the rim, then inverting the glass onto a plate filled with kosher salt, coating the rim. Fill the glass with ice, and then pour in the margarita mixture.
