Fiesta San Antonio 2013 not only offers parades, and other festivities, but an abundance of food varieties. If you're not familiar with Fiesta, each day of the festival holds a different event which entails a specific theme including Alamo Heights Night, The WEBB Party, A Taste of New Orleans, Fiesta Arts Fair, and A Night in Old San Antonio. Each event offers all different types of foods ranging from traditional American food all the way to authentic Latin American food. The Fiesta Arts Fair and A Night in Old San Antonio are some of my personal favorites serving up gorditas, tacos, flautas, aguas frescas, corn in a cup, margaritas and more! What more could a girl ask for?
Bring That Fiesta Food Booth Taste Home
After feasting on such delicious food over a 11-day period, I had to find a way to make this delicious food at home. It took numerous attempts until I realized that www.Melissaguerra.com was the perfect place to find authentic Latin American recipes as well as ingredients. For all you margarita lovers, Melissa Guerra offers different ways to create this infamous drink such as the infamous Strawberry Mint Margarita on the Rocks. With its cool mint leaves, Madhava agave syrup, tequila, and lime juice, this concoction could not be any more thirst quenching. For those dreaming of that great Corn in a Cup taste, the Pan Roasted Sweet Corn recipe just yells out spectacular. With the right instruments, this dish can make an excellent supplement to dinner.
Bring home that tangy authentic street food taste with a plethora of recipes from Melissa Guerra! Plus, if you ever have any questions on a specific recipe or where to find an ingredient, you can always email her. Well, it's time for me to get back to the Fiesta San Antonio celebration! Be sure to take part in this awesome event... and try as much food as you can!
