Oaxacan Chocolate Available at Melissa Guerra

Melissa Guerra at the Pearl Brewery is now offering you the chance to purchase your very own supply of authentic Oaxacan chocolate courtesy of Seasons of My Heart.

The Story Behind the Chocolate

Seasons of My Heart founder Susana Trilling is a renowned chef, teacher, writer, and TV host. Her dedication and passion towards the art of cooking has inspired her to discover new recipes while still following in the footsteps of her grandmother, who ran her own restaurant when Trilling was a little girl. As a resident of Oaxaca, Susana has introduced us to new and exciting recipes and products while staying true to Mexican culture.

Deliciousness in Every Bite

If you’re a big fan of chocolate like I am, then you will certainly enjoy this delicious treat. Made from cacao beans, cinnamon and sugar, this Traditional Oaxacan Chocolate from Seasons of My Heart is one that will leave you wanting more!  Stoneground and processed into bars by hand, this chocolate retains its authenticity and continues to be one of Mexico’s most cherished foods. Also try our Oaxacan Chocolate with Almonds for those who enjoy both a sweet and crunchy taste.

A Taste of Mexican Culture

While Oaxacan chocolate can be used as a quick and simple snack or for a nice cup of hot chocolate, it’s more commonly used when making traditional Mexican dishes like mole or for treats like chocolate budin (Oaxacan chocolate pudding). You can taste the richness of Oaxacan chocolate in every bite while also gifting your taste buds with a Mexican delicacy.
